How does matching work?
TERKA matches people by shared interests and city events, not looks, and shows a match percentage. The more interests and plans you share, the higher someone appears in your matches.
Are the profiles real? How is verification done?
Every photo goes through moderation, and verified profiles get a special badge. If a profile looks suspicious — report it in one tap and we'll look into it.
What are coins?
Coins are an internal bonus currency. You can gift them to people you like and use them inside the app — for tickets, gifts and posts. They're optional: you can meet people without them.
What is a message request?
If there's no mutual like yet, you can send one message as a request — up to five requests a day. The other person decides whether to accept, so nobody drowns in spam.
How do I report or block someone?
There's a “Report” button in every chat and profile. Reports go to our moderators; communication can be restricted if needed. Member safety is our priority.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account in the app: “Profile → Settings”. If anything goes wrong — contact us via the form or at support@terka.io and we'll delete your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone (App Store) and any browser — the web version is available at new.terka.io with no install.
Which cities is TERKA available in?
We're launching in Kaliningrad. Matching and events currently work city-wide — more cities are coming.
